ABOUT LAUREN
Lauren Howe is a photographer and actor based in Toronto. Having picked up a camera at the young age of 11 years old, Lauren has always had a passion for storytelling through the lens. While her initially took her through engineering, modelling, being a TV & sports personality, and even competing at Miss Universe as Miss Canada (and placing in the Top 10), she describes picking up the camera in her spare time as being her “happy place”.
Fast forward to December 2022, when an unexpected series of events led her to debut her photography through her first exhibition, Serendipity (Toronto).
Her blend of experiences both behind and in front of the camera has lent to her unique ability to empathize with talent and desire to capture moments that are raw, authentic, candid, and that carry a story within a single frame.
